Our Mission Statement

St. John’s Lutheran Church is a people formed in the waters of Christian baptism to be a fountain of life for all who gather here, overflowing into a river of compassion for the world.

What is the first thing you notice when you walk into a church? The first thing you should encounter in a Christian church is the love of God in Jesus Christ. If that is not plainly visible, then the rest of what happens in there doesn’t really matter. We at St. John’s constantly experience the love of God in Jesus Christ. We try to reflect that love by being a fountain of life for everyone who comes through our doors. We strive to share that love by letting it flow into the community and the world.

St. John’s is not a place for people who are perfect. It is a place to experience forgiveness, renewal, community, love, and hope. Come on in, the water’s fine!

St. John's has parking for those with disabilities in our north parking lot (behind the church). In the far left corner, there is a door with an elevator sign, please enter through this door.

For those who are hard of hearing, St. John's has a T-coil hearing loop system in the worship area. There are also headsets available for use. If you prefer, you may bring your own personal ear buds or headset.

There are some openings in classes for children age 3-5 years old. There is still time to register for the year.
Come and visit the classrooms and meet the staff.

St. John's offers a nursery for children ages 0 to 5.

During the worship services and education hour, Paige Burrows and Emily Manthei staff the nursery. Stop in and say hello!
