ImageWelcome.

St. John’s Lutheran Church is a people formed in the waters of Christian baptism to be a fountain of life for all who gather here, overflowing into a river of compassion for the world.

What is the first thing you notice when you walk into a church? The first thing you should encounter in a Christian church is the love of God in Jesus Christ. If that is not plainly visible, then the rest of what happens in there doesn’t really matter. We at St. John’s constantly experience the love of God in Jesus Christ. We try to reflect that love by being a fountain of life for everyone who comes through our doors. We strive to share that love by letting it flow into the community and the world.

St. John’s is not a place for people who are perfect. It is a place to experience forgiveness, renewal, community, love, and hope. Come on in, the water’s fine!

May Adult Education
The Adult Education for May 5th will be about resources for communities in the face of the Opioid Epidemic. There will be some basic information on addiction, tools for prevention, and information for those who wish to learn how to address addiction.  All the congregations of the Northwest Synod of Wisconsin received resources free of charge for use with the intent that they add to how to bring hope and healing in their communities.
We will meet at 9:30am, between services, in the library!
